Nabulsi Cheese

Nabulsi cheese is a white brined cheese originating from the Palestinian city of Nablus. It is a staple in the Levantine region, particularly in Palestinian, Jordanian, Syrian, and Lebanese cuisines.

It is made from pasteurised cow’s milk, culture, black seeds, followed by draining, pressing, cooking in whey and aging.
