Mushallal Cheese
Mushallal Cheese is a type of cheese originating from the Middle East, particularly popular in countries like Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan. It’s a semi-soft, white cheese with a slightly salty taste and a creamy texture.
It is made from pasteurised cow’s milk, culture, black seeds followed by straining, fermenting, cooking, stretching, then shaping into tie balls and aging.
